How do I create an account?
It's simple. Click on "Get Started" in the top menu. You can create a free account to access the Marketplace immediately. For White Label or Enterprise API access, our sales team will guide your onboarding.
What countries do you support?
Parcelers operates globally. We have specialized lanes for Crossborder Trade between USA, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Our platform supports origin addresses in over 35 countries.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Bank Transfers (ACH/Wire) for corporate accounts.
Are the rates real-time?
Yes. We connect directly to carrier APIs (DHL, FedEx, Maersk, etc.) to show you live, bookable rates including fuel surcharges and fees.
How do you handle customs?
Our platform generates commercial invoices automatically based on your item descriptions. For complex cargo, you can request our "Brokerage Service" add-on during booking.
Is there a Sandbox environment?
Yes. You can request free API keys for our Sandbox environment to test integrations without creating real shipments or charges.
What is the API Rate Limit?
Standard plans include 100 requests/minute. Enterprise plans offer custom limits tailored to your volume needs.
Can I use my own domain?
Absolutely. You can map `portal.yourcompany.com` to our system. We handle the SSL certificate automatically.
Is the Mobile App branded too?
Yes. In the Pro and Enterprise plans, we publish the app on App Store and Google Play with your logo, name, and colors.
